I was confused between smoking and suicide on Q1.
Q3 I should've added more media codes and link some stuff from the poster. 
Q6 I should've had a better structure and fix some mistakes.

3) Look specifically at question 3 - did you successfully write about both the preferred and oppositional readings? Did your answers match any in the mark scheme? Copy in one answer from the mark scheme that you could have used.

Women may be insulted by the lack of femininity in the advert or find the
image derogatory. They may think that the woman does not promote
working because to do so means looking like a man, wearing work 
clothes and covering your hair. 

4) Now look at question 4. Write a definition of vertical integration plus the benefits of it listed in the mark scheme to revise this key industry terminology. You may find the blogpost on ownership and control helpful here.

Vertical integration is when a conglomerate owns multiple companies in the same chain.

5) Finally, look at your 20-mark essay - question 6. Read this exemplar answer to help give you an idea of what a top-level response looks like. Then, write five points from either the exemplar answer or the mark scheme that you could have used in your answer. This will be excellent revision for a future film industry exam question. 
1) I disagree to an extent as most blockbusters do earn a lot more and is often more popular than independent films in general, however, this is not the case as I, Daniel Blake is more successful than Black Widow.
2) I, Daniel Blake had been given an age Rating by the BBFC (decides what ages is suitable to watch and what warnings to put up) to be up to 15 because of political themes, which affected how many viewers can watch their film.
3) Black Widow has an age rating up to 12, they had violence for sure but avoided too many serious themes so that more consumers would watch their film.
4) independent film had Director power because the film was directed by Ken Loach, a well known director.
5)Black Widow spent $100 million in advertising which meant the production costs in total was $300 million in total.

Camera movement and editing: blog tasks

  1) Pick  three   aspects of  camera movement  in the Minority Report clip. Identify the  type  of camera movement and write about why the director chose to use that camera movement in the scene and what effect it has on the audience. 1- Handheld, The director must've chosen this type of camera movement to create a sense of realism and urgency as it is used throughout most of the scenes. This affects the audience by making them feel as if they are witnessing this whole scene. It makes the scene appear more lively in a way. 2- Track/Dolly, The director had chosen this type of camera movement to somewhat smoothly move towards the newspaper. as if it was following a persons point of view who payed some attention toward the newspaper that had the protagonist's face on it which then cut to the guy holding the newspaper and then cuts to the protagonist. This affects the audience by creating some tension and perhaps also lead a bit of narration to the story ...

OMO advert: blog tasks

  1) What year was the advert produced? 1955 2) How were women represented in most adverts in the 1950s? Add as much detail to this answer as you can as these are the social, cultural and historical contexts we will need to write about in the exam. Women were represented as feminine, doing housework and in makeup with neat hair and dress despite being at home. It was like this because during ww2 men were at war and women took male jobs, now they want to turn it back. 3) How does the heading message ('OMO makes whites bright') and the style of the text promote the product? It is the slogan, it is catchy and has the white speech bubble like thing behind it. It looks like a comic which was popular at the time, and also resembled radio in a way but also at the same time looked part of the product.  4) Analyse the mise-en-scene in the advert (CLAMPS): how is costume, make-up and placement of the model used to suggest women's role in society?
